Our approach at Dancing Duchess?
We produce small-batch English Sparkling rose made with 100% Pinot Meunier. P
inot Meunier is often used as a blending grape in Champagne, but we focus on it as the star of the wine. It brings freshness, soft red fruit character, and approachability to sparkling rosé.
